Personal Service vs. Personal Delivery - Some jurisdictions require personal
service on the debtor. This means that the summons & complaint must be hand delivered
to the debtor. Other jurisdictions only require personal delivery, where the summons &
complaint can be left at the premises with a person of suitable age and responsibility.
