A Judment is the decision of the court rendered by either a judge or jury which states the relief due to the Plaintiff and/or Defendant. This is usually on order stating the amount of money due.
Default Judgment can be obtained when the Defendant does not file an Answer to the Complaint within the prescribed time frame. Once Default Judgment is rendered, it is Executed.
