Emphasizing our partnership with you, the client, TFC uses technology as the tool. Client On-Line Access (COLA) is your link with TFC, charting the progress of your claims as our professional staff handles them.

COLA is available to you free of charge when you Logon COLA Internet System. TFC provides the Login ID, Password and information needed to use the system. COLA is a web based program giving clients on line access (COLA) to their files.

To view a demonstration, "click" on the COLA LOGIN button below. Enter "999000" for the user-id and "DEMO" (case sensitive) for the password. Samples include an In-House Collection file and a Legal Collection file.
