in-house collectors are now contacted by in-house counsel. Just as
placement with the agency brings another voice to the process, this
department adds a fresh approach, which often results in payment.
Files receive intense handling for 10 days.
- LEGAL DEPARTMENT - On the 41st day In-house
counsel and staff review each file and select a member of our
nationwide network of proven collection lawyers. These attorneys will obtain
judgment and satisfaction of judgments wherever debtor may be.
