appropriate for the file. Keep client costs down by finding
counsel that will litigate for costs only.
Method
In-house counsel directs Associate Counsel in their attempts at
amicable resolution from Forwarding to Closing. The attorney selected
to represent you is never left to operate independently.
If
suit is indicated, you will be provided the actual documents from
counsel, along with our recommendations. Suit is never started without
client's consent, and we provide a full evaluation of the collection
potential.
Remittance
Attorney checks are remitted weekly.
